store and earn, £25k - £35k (top performers this year
earning in excess of £40k !!!)

About us
Richard F Mackay Furniture & Carpets have a turnover of
over £5m and are looking for an additional sales person to
join our team. We are a small hard working, fun team that
works hard and plays even harder.
The successful applicant would enjoy rewards including:

On-target earnings of £35,000 per annum.

Guaranteed basic, £13,750 six days, or £11,458 five
days.

Commission ranging from 2.5% to a very attractive 4% on
all sales.

No maximum on earnings potential.

Scottish Widows non-contributory stakeholder Pension.

Five weeks paid holiday.

brochures and mailers.
Full and comprehensive training will be given to the
successful person, which will include all-expenses paid
trips in the UK and Europe to visit the finest furniture
factories, to learn about the product range.
Our top sales people are rewarded well with extra
benefits too. For example, this year two members of
the team will be enjoying European Weekends, one to
Copenhagen and the other one to Prague . Partners are
also invited and each couple will be given £500 cash to
spend.
Plus last year we shut the shop for a day and the entire
team went to Amsterdam !!!
We are a small business that is stable, with 75 years of
growth. The successful applicant will be working daily
in our beautiful showroom and directly with the Directors of
the company. The work is stimulating and in a small team you
can make a real difference and be noticed.
